Forum going down for maintenance

today in a room i was discussing with a friend of mine my baby needs surgery this guy rhowman said he wish she'd get... then he just started cursing at us i finally ignored him,we need mods more available for players such as this. ive been searching for 30 min to report him and found no way to do so.. i hope this person can get suspended or something cause it was disgusting the way he was talking. thank you

if this happens at a table copy that chat and go to live support to try get them chat banned.

If you dont have a chance at the table or cant get through to live support then send the copied chat via email to support@pokercs.com or support@carbonpoker.com - depending which room you are using.

you can also block individual players chat at the tables.

so sorry you had a bad experience like that... but just so you are aware... we mods only moderate the forum and have nothin to do with the software ..

definetly if you have any issues at the table again such as that... use live support or the emails provided in the post by kat
