We would like to advise that on Tuesday 30 October @ 02:00 (server time) we will require 3hrs downtime for a scheduled redeploy.
After the redeploy is completed the tournament schedule will return to normal.

yea I was just in that thread, and I knew how to do that again but I removed it and tried to let it run and it would not, it now asks me if I want to enable the program to be opened when I try to open one not on the list, its not now...
Never seen this popup anywhere... and when I try to reinstall poker.com it wont work even

oh also behind the "Primary Executable for this program is unknown" it says "Please Try Again Later!" (with the ? mark) this is a poker.com popup too not from my computer

gee, Jason from live chat is super helpful.... tells me to do what the last 3 letters of the popup say "Try again later" while people are playing lol

It has taken me half an hour to get in. Everytime I tried to open poker.com it kept saying 'Bug report sent'. Thankfully persistence worked and now back in.

I ended up re-downloading the software and it worked. I assume the first time it tried to update there was some form of a hiccup.

I found solution, a least it worked for me.
Log on on www.pokercs.com using ur poker.com username and pass.
Click on "re-download software" and dowload pokerinstaller.exe (12MB). Dont use old file (900k) which u maybe downloaded long time ago.
Then just run that new exe file (I didnt even manage to uninstall old poker.com software) and overwrite old instalation. Everything should be OK now.

i was getting the message about the internet connection also. so i tried Jazzer's advice. i couldnt log into pokercs.com, it kept saying invalid username and/or pw.. but i uninstalled and then redownloaded from carbonpoker.com. seems to be working great now.

After a lot of work I finally got into poker.com yesterday>
Today: I am again in a loop: checking for updates, restart, checking for updates restart, and it keeps on doing that! Grrrrrrr!
So I decided to re-download the software. Immediately I get an error in opening the file.
How am I going to get into poker.com today??????????????????????

So the way to do this: remove all poker.com softeware, reboot and install again.
It hangs up on the client exe file. That makes it go in a loop.

No, not supposed to be that big. A few others had that problem and they had to uninstall and reinstall to get it going correctly...

At the bottom of the screen here in the Forum, you can click on Pokercs.com and that will take you to your Player Admin (you will need to log in). Once there you can Re-Download Software for Poker.com...

I got into that loop, too (not the first time after an upgrade I am sorry to say). Fortunately complete reinstall seems to have solved that problem (this time).
I like your site, but updates could undergo some more tests before forcing them upon us.

man since the upgrade that started earlier this monthh been 2-3 more and everytime i have had to redownload teh old soft wear.its becoming quite tiresome having to do this after every so called upgrade ...(vista so sucks)

I used to have to reinstall until today. Try opening it as Administrator by right clicking the Icon. After the update this morning it restarted by itself & all was cool.

The main change in the update was to make vista prompt for higher privileges so that people can update successfully.
Unfortunately, anyone who has previously updated but has not forced it to run as administrator may have issues.
You should notice the Run As Administrator flag does not need to be set after upgrading now.

HI all!
after todays last update i cannot use my poker.com software anymore.
first the software did start all right, but no games showed up... also no news and nothing. then error message about no connect to server...
major problem right now?
support couldn help me at all...

I'm also experiencing connection problems. It just shows "updating..." but never completes. A couple of my friends don't have this problem.

I've just has an error showing up with com.....A box comes on and says Error #3 trap.....says contact your vendor.....
then Com site closes on me...
This as happenned a few times...Also happenned to another poker buddy ....Anyone else have this problem????

why do a upgrade in the middle of a promotion first the site was down for several of hours and after that it has been acting weird running slow and keep us sitting out from time to time and many times with great hands well even bad but you always remember the good hands? couldnt this have been done 1 april?
