Just wanted to let you all know that the long awaited chipsets are now in stock...

I'm looking to revamp the store and bring it in line with what our players would like to see available.

They look really nice¡¡¡,but venezuela post office wants me to go to caracas (200 km ) to pick mine. Would be nice if you could send them with a decent currier and not by regular mail.

The picture of the chipset shows 2 decks of playing cards in the case.

Are these actually included or do I have to purchase them separately?

Damn...........I don't play on Carbon. RETRO MURRAY likes to play on the old PDC....Nostalgia and all that! Guess the PDC merchandise is finished? If so will there be any satellite or tourney tickets available to buy?

can't wait to order my chipset...just need a few more points, ok 15k. that's easy enough. hope they last until then. how can i be guaranteed that i will even get the chipset by mail? the only time i seem to fet any delivery from the store is when its the little stuff. i have never recieved any of the clothing i ordered---even though you say you mailed it! so, how can i be sure i will even get my chips after i order???

I guess you can't, but I ordered a chipset a while ago. It arrived within a week or so. Word of warning though....there's no dealer button:mad: (Liam promised to send me one:D.............but I am still waiting for that:mad::mad::mad:)

i can't believe theirs no dealer button. did you have to personally ask liam for the dealer button and does it cost extra points? i wish i could insure this through the mail. yipee! i got my points now ...i'm headed to the store right now! thanks for heads uo on d.b. almurray...now if you would just guit taking my chips we could be good friends. hehe!

I was talking with Brock aka shady24 and he suggested contacting you. A long time player at the site and dear friend to many is going through her third bout with cancer and it doesn't look like she'll make it to Christmas this year. Her screen name is pokeranne. I would like to set up a tribute for her and possible retire her screen name should she not make it through this. She has many dear friends here and she should be remebered on this site and her name retired for respect. Please contact me to discuss further.

CathyHello Cathy, I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. I too have dealt with the big C , been a year and a half now and am determined to beat this thing, so tell her to never give up.

I'm no longer a mod at this forum...I've moved on to my own now , so don't know as if I could help you through here. The games I set up I do by way of my web-site and forum. I was talking with Brock aka shady24 and Earl aka skinski and they suggested contacting you regarding this special matter.

A long time player at the site and dear friend to many is going through her third battle with cancer and it doesn't look like she'll make it to Christmas this year. Her screen name is pokeranne. She has been a respected player on the site for many years and I think it's only appropriate to honor her by setting up a special tournament for Anne and her friends, have a memorial for her and retire her screen name. She has many dear friends here and she should be remembered on this site and her name retired to show our respect.

I can't emphasize enough that time is of the essence as she is going to receive a new drug this week that is extremely aggressive and she will be in isolation while receiving this treatment. She will have no contact with family, friends or the outside world as she can not have any emotional or physical stimulation. Her team of physicians have advised her, her family and friends that this new drug will either help her or kill her. :-( We are all praying she will pull through.

I sincerely hope we can put something together for Anne as she will be deeply missed by many. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss further. I will do anything you need me to do to make this happen.

Why is there no store now for PDCpopker players?I tried several times to order the chip set but they were never in stock and now that they seem to be there appears no way for PDC poker members to now order them..indeed order anything.
Is this site considered to be second class in the Merge network by the powers that be?
Quite frankly if there is no intention to reopen the store to PDC members then it is a disgrace.

Hm...i contacted both the support of carbon and pdcpoker.

As you have been noted, you need to sign up a new real money account with Carbon Poker to earn your comp points as well as access the Comp Points Store. Unfortunately your comp points with your PDCPoker account cannot be transfered as we have previously mentioned on the emails sent to you eventhough if you have made a deposit with your Carbon Poker account. It is because transfering of comp points is not allowed between accounts.

I am really shocked there is no more comp store, the current way of buying tickets is just awfull... they also told me there be new loyalty programs in the future? any idea's guys?

I heard somewhere that the next promo was going to be $50 for each and every time you asked the support team the same question and got the same answer back. Based on my reading of your post, I take it you are due for at least $150! LOL... kiddin... Poor attempt at humor...anyway...

You are not alone in your concern about comp points. I have yet to hear any of the future plans but I am sure if you keep earning them, there will be a new way to use them at some point.
