Alright, I'm having trouble depositing via moneybookers and support isn't much help so im looking to the forum for some answers. If anyone has had success doing this can they please reply/PM me on how it's done, because the only options im giving are bank transfer and credit card. Any help would be appreciated Thank You.

what "trouble" are you having, if the site takes money bookers, the most common problem is that you didin't upload funds to money bookers first...

Well, the exact problem is it that I get taken through poker.com to moneybookers site, and I check the option to upload the funds from my moneybookers account. Then I am redirected to log in again and once logged in, the only options become a bank wire transfer and credit card.

go to moneybookers site first, upload more than you plan on depositing as they have a small charge they take off it, then go through the banking thingy on carbon & you'll be able to deposit...

for how long do u have the moneybookers account?they checked your bank aaccount and home adresse? i use them for more then an year.had some problems too...maybe it's better to call them or write them. i advise u to call because takes too long for them to send you a reply email.

they aren't fast at responding, but the only problem I had was like this guys, after doing it as I said above, I had no problems with them...

I only had an issue with moneybookers, when my account was frozen and they ask me about some info to prove my identity.
After that I sent them and with some delay they unlocked my account and hadn't problems anymore.
Is the only way I use to deposit in any room, included Carbon and is perfect for me.

By the way, when I make a deposit using moneybookers I have an option asking me if want to do the deposit using my CC or if I want do it from my actual balance. If you don't have money in your account I assume you don't see this option.
