I understand... same problem with my cat and TP. I must keep TP on upper shelf in my bathroom. Funny thing is when someone of my friends use my bathroom - after 5 minutes I always hear a cry:"Mirooooo, I need toilet paper!!!", and then I usually say :"Look on the upper shelf", and regular respond is : "why the @#&!# is paper so high? and what kind of idiot keeps a TP on such an unreachable place?". Answer to that is very simple - An idiot with a cat...
