hi just thought id let you know that in the lobby window when 1 has regged a tourny the window to the right shows it and says register under it I think its meant to read unregister because if you click it it unregisters you .

I have a problem with the tournament times and I cannot figure where I could fix it.
I can see the server time in the right top corner and it's ok, but the tournament listed appears with an error of three hours listed.
As example, right now I see 10:41 in server time, and I see a tournament scheduled at Aug 19 07:45 with Status "Registering". This tournament will start 10:45 server time and not 07:45.
Anybody have the same problem or I'm just a dumb and I cannot find the way to fix it. :(

I really don't ! We loose many things like filtering by buy-in and also we have to set the filters for all onglets... I really miss also the possibilities to filter by hours or game type for MTT. Same with cash game where I used to select 0.10/0.25 to 1/2$ and that's not possible anymore. It's really worst as ever. :mad::(
That used to be one of the best filters system on the net and now it's just like others, a poor copy of pokerstars one and less acurate.

Very deceptive update ! We loose attractives options as filters or buddy
list (tagged players online list).

When editing friend's list and click on "Save tag" or "Delete", the list
return to the start (and loose the sorting !) so you have to scroll down
again to found next one to edit, borying when you have 100 or 200
contacts.
We can't see if tagged players are online on friends list, so we can't
join them (like joiniing a tagged "fish" in cash game), that's a very big
problem.

Folded cards still little when you put your mouse on your name and
don't raise as they used to, problem not solved.

Still no shortkeys

We have to see advertising on table, no choice.

So what is new and better exactly ??? Nothing ! :mad:
We loose fonctions and don't earn any, filter system change for
worst, buddy list change for worst, betting bar look change for a little

I HATE the new lobby. Even though the type is bigger, it is much harder to actually read. Also, it pauses when I click a different tab (to go from table lobby to tourney lobby). I would actually like for it to be the way it was before the upgrade.

I agree with lobby problem. We need to have it wider. You can't read anything and you have to adjust it every time in order to see the full descriptions

Both times I went to Cashier>History>View Complete History (that takes you to a web page). Both times the $5 was added to my balance there while not yet showing up on my lobby window balance.

It just seems with the new version it is taking a little more time to register the lobby window balance than the old version did. I sure the powers that be will be fixing that as soon as they can.

Until they fix it just put your cursor over the tab at the top of the window and the table number will scroll into site :)

I don't like the new version, too much pops and clicks and a not good filter and contacts not online show anymore, only friends, (I fkn know when my friends is online (I have them on MSN) I need to know when those morons I have tagged is online so I can stay away. also update time for sng tables is to slow, but it has always been slow, I have seen 10p tables where list says 6/10 and when I click for reg. it dissapears as full. I haven't looks at much more, only as mensioned also miss table and tourney number in top, when play tourneys.
If I find more I will post.

Yes, i usually played 4 to 8 Yellowstone tables, and now only can find one open, with 9 players, 3 in wait list and there aren't another table empty, just this.

I also have a problem with the option "Bring Active game to Front": if I'm in the lobby works ok, bringing the window to front, but If I'm in another application (MSN, writting here in the forum, etc) don't work.
The same with the waiting list. I'm waiting my turn doing another things and I don't receive any signal from the application, don't get the focus, don't flash in the taskbar, nothing!

And still have the time problem in the lobby, seeing the tourneys with two hours less than the real time of start.

lol Liam I know that but I only played about 20 hands in there and it was a real tight table not pulling much rake so the points were low.

I did manage to drop $12 on one good hand that went bad and had to leave.

The percentage of cps to hands dealt in Yellowstone or Niagara Falls will be lower than this because more hands are folded preflop there.

Yes but that is very long when you have 3 or 4 tables, it was really much easy in the title bar, may be too easy... :mad:

But well there is many bugs in this version, it seems it came too early on dev.
Many things don't work as they should or as they was, many sorting problems with filters, friends list problems, bugs with detail window, mouse bugs etc... and it's really slow now ! (may be because ebery one have to receive advertising on table). Sometime you can't bet and are put sit out... :eek:

I have done some reports but as always I don't expect bugs to be correct. :rolleyes:

For tag players, if you want to know where your fish tagged players are, you have the possibilitie to go on "edit contacts" and click on each one, if they are playing it will show on the right. Crazy long if you have hundreds one tagged ! :beaten:

Lately I have been playing some sngs and has been able to run about 2-3 tables at same time... What I mean is I can register for 2-3 sng with same buy in, but now I have to wait until one table is full before I can find another one with same buy in and register for that... It takes very long time before a new table shows up in sng list. I am talking for bounty tables right now..

It would be fine if there could be at least 2 tables to chose between... or a new table should be there faster then it is right now.

You get 3 comp. points in every hand that you play in Yellowstone. The only doubt I have is when nobody complete the blinds, even the SB and then the BB collect 10c from the SB. I think these hands aren't counting but I'm pretty sure you get 27 comp. points per orbit in Yellowstone, playing or folding preflop (with the exception I mentioned but not confirmed).

As you can see by the following screenshot I am not receiving full comp points as you say I should.

On this table I only received 105 cps for 50 hands and on another Yellowstone table I played 50 hands at the same time I only received 90 comp points.

That's only 2 comp points for hands dealt.

you have to see a flop for the points to be credited so, you were dealt 50 hands X 3 = 150..but obviously, some hands aren't seeing a flop

I think this new software is a good idea. BUT there are a few things to fix/ re-design.

It'll take a few tournaments to get used to the Lobby. The enormous deposit button doesn't say to me to deposit.. It just annoys me.

All in all, I'm looking for 4.4.1:rolleyes:

Chose edit contact.. mark your friend that you taged as shark for example, then you go to the roll list to the right and change tag there.. and save.. and your friend change icon from buddy to shark.. or what ever you chose.

Well I guess the secret must be in table selection but no matter how hard I try I seem to always select the wrong table.

I have been here for about 2 1/2 years and I have never gotten full comp point for hands dealt.

I have done this comp points test, I don't know if the calc machine it broken or senile. It is starting great... You got correct points for BB, SB and the hand after. You got nothing for the forth hand. It is like it skip one hand. Well, I dont know.

I was only playing a few hands just for the test. (and I did make some money of it :win: :D)

If you end up on a table with someone who loves to raise preflop, there will lots of hands where you won't earn comp points because players will fold...

Yes, of course, every "played" hand at least to the flop is raked and we got comp points. If all fold before flop there will be no rake and no point either. I just read about it in FAQ... lol..

Well, then... I got my points correct on all my tables. ;)

You did manage to get 2.667 cps per dealt hand which is better than I did, the best I was able to do is 2.14 cps per dealt hand.

You are absolutly right it all has to do with folded hands.
Of the 450 hands that I have shown I only received cps for 312 hands. That means that 30.67% of hands were folded preflop which I did not receive cps for.

The results of this test is if you want to make or lose money play NoLimit. If you want to make comp points play the Colosseum (less folded hands there).

I was checking a hand and clicked on the history button (bottom right in game) In any event, it showed hand #12 and next hand #14 :confused:

Played my next few hands and looked at the history again. Once again, hand #13 was missing :confused: :confused: :confused:

Checked it again several more times and hand 13 was still missing. A bug or what; I sure don't know, but something was definitely wrong. Sorry developers another headache for you :)

Since the new update today, all my contacts are down as offline, dont show as firends just the tag that I have them as. They only show as friends as they come online. I have found others playing on tables but they dont show as being online. So if a freind is already on before you log on you wont know, only the ones that come online whilst your logged on will. I hope this makes sense.

We even changed the lobby window column widths as suggested by players.

You have to understand that not every bug is a 5 sec fix job and we have spent many sleepless nights working on this product.

you maybe surprised to hear, nut not to everyone is clear why this thread is still running while visable changes are'nt exactly made (your "deposit" button is the right size :P) and by making it clear in your post- you restore that confidence that there's still hope.

You feel I'm not constructive ?! I've spent hours to do videos to show bugs right after the release, sent them to dev and no change. Yes the column size, wow.

I'm programming also and I know some bugs are tricky but don't kidding me, sorting bugs on leaderboards with a non natural sort (upper/lower case) is not a "sleepless night" to solve, just a word to add in 1 line, the bug with the cross on right for closing details that don't work not a big time to take it off, and filters not working can be easily disable also or put back the old filter tab.
Surely friend list is a big part because it was not ready to be in production (dev recognize that, at least) but many others bugs are quick to solve. The problem is no beta-test and no answer when we do a report.

I don't know it is only me and my computer, but the mouse arrow disappear after awhile and I get something which looks like that figure which can move the colums in tables.

Yes it's another well know bug not solved after weeks... You have to resize any column to get you mouse back. Sometimes the mouse go behind graphics also.

I think there is a little bug in the lobby carribean banner is still flashing 33k but it been WON ??????And I know bye whooooooooo:wave:
