Yes you will have to make an account with Carbonpoker first and I can't think of any reason that there would be any deposit requirement. You should contact support@pdcpoker.com.

Can you make the sizes in small, medium, large, X-large, XX-large?

Or just put beside the numers what is smallest and what is the biggest...
It would be horrible if I ordered the wrong site, if I ordered a very small t-shirt
and my boobs looking out below the t-shirt. That would be a bit embarrassing, I promise! :D

Be patient, I'm sure we will all hear what is to happen as soon as they get all the details worked out. I believe someone did say (might have been Liam but I can't find it right now) that it will be included with the next major upgrade which is to be sometime within the next month or so.
