That one was at least a decent hand. That was a ok bad beat in my opinion.
But still sad... for the Aces, but KK.. I should have been in the pot too, if I had KK.

If I was there with KK , both of us would lose from someones 9T

Nowt wrong with that. He had you covered in chips and you wouldnt have folded KK either.
Show us the ones like I get at cash tables. Raise with AA. Get reraised to $100. Call. He turns over QJ os.
Think...........YES!!!!!!!
Flop comes QQJ. What a crock of ****.

Nah, I'm not calling the guy donk or anything like that. But the fact is, that river brings 2 outer loss.
You will see way more of those. Like I said, I get blows like this in the tournaments at least once a day. Just check my blog. it seems that 2-3 outer always wins.

Happens to me daily... my rockets haven't been holding up as of late. All the action preflop would have told me something bad was about top happen. But, what are you gonna do, fold AA, and for the other...fold KK? Not likely. Just wasn't in the cards this time. Sorry for your beat!

10-07-2008, 04:51 PM
Yer, no matter what level that beat happens. I dont play your levels often. Seen and had same thing happen in all. Is true lol 2-3 outers do win most* the time.(*most not all)

the problem with the 2 outer for me is when you have 20 outs and they never come but the miracle card always comes it seems when they have a 1 or 2 outer. The odds are backwards at times. I lost 12 times ina row AA on cash tables awhile back...all to garbage only 2 decent hands, and they both rivered me after calling for all there money with overs on the flop....most were 9T 68 suited and plain ol 34 etc.

Will you post all hands you win on a suckout and all hands you hold too?
These arent even bad, if you were going to post all and you have 2 beats in a few days that are worth posting its not too bad.... And the AJ 910 QQ hand ur prob 60% to scoop that pot all in all.... And its early on people play loose and generally suck early

yea I will agree, was a pain to pull those out of the HH file, gotta dig through 100 tourneys...
also a point, any time you run deep into a tourney your going to be all in or forcing someone all in 10s of 20s ++++ times.
If you have AA vs 103o 20 times you should not win all of them. So takign a 3 outter or 2 outter isn't as brutal luck as it seems, it takes some tremendous luck to hang on to chips in any sizeable tourney. It isnt improbable or bad luck in a longterm sense. If you make it into the money in ANY tourney and have not suffered one bad bounce, you are walking on water.
LTUFlawless
10-09-2008, 09:57 AM
Gotta agree with that. I don't think I played in any tournament where I didn't get sucked out or didn't suck out w 3 outer myself. It just depends how much chips you have and how much chips the other guy has. If you lucky enough to have more chips to rebound, good for you. If not, swallow it and go register for next tournament

Most of these seem pre-flop all-ins. They`re not bad beats. You choose to gamble and sometimes you lose. If you played flops you could get away from some of them and win others on the flop.

That`s fine. Not arguing at times it`s the right thing to do. But don`t come in here whining because someone decided to gamble with you and you lost.
Didn`t see LTU in here writing an apologies post when his AK cracked my kings the other night. Nor was I in here complaining it was a bad beat. It`s poker. Suck it up or stop playing. Bad beat posts don`t really interest anyone anyway. And pre-flop all-ins aren`t ever bad beats, they`re gambles. AA vs any 2 cards is around 80%. Guess what? That means it loses 1 in 5. Play a flop and maybe you win or get away from it.
How many times do you see a skilled pro betting all-in 75xbb pre-flop with AK or even AA in the first few levels of a tourney? The answer is pretty much never.

Well, I think there is some misunderstanding somewhere in this thread.
LTUFlawless put this up thread just to show everyone all the sad beats he got, because there were so many complaining about bad beats. He is not pointing out that it is only him... he is showing up what kind of sad beats he runs into when he is playing.
He is saying early in this thread that he is not complaining or whining, just showing up facts... if anyone missed the beginning. He is well aware of that he is not the only one!
I would like to say it is a public sad beats thread... just showing things which can happen and happens often.
Not complains or whines.... just sad beats.

this thread is just silly IMO, none of thebeats qualify, not once was he 90% fav when the money went in. gonna lose those every day if u play every day
and these are not high stakes, 10$ R???? 109$ occasionally? Just beats, 95% of online poker players are complete donks this will happen every single day, and thats why he profits in these games, because bad players put their money in behind, and also half these hands are in the first levels of a rebuy when people are loose, and 4 way pots... idk why he posts these though, i keep checking them for some reason though... sicker beats plz

I see you guys don't get the point. I'm not here to show my BAD beats, bcs I think real bad beat is Aces full lose.
I'm showing you my DAILY suckouts. I guess I should rename it, so people would get off my back and don't come here talking smack.
And Im not showing you coinfilps. I'm showing you pictures of completely dominated hands, when people are calling all ins with Arag or other **** and will get some runner runner joke.
Like I said in my first post, I DO suckout also. BUT VERY rarely. Bcs most of the times I go all in with best hand. Mouse, when I won against your KK W my AK, in the same tournament I got busted out w AK w AQ. I guess it's even. And if you have a problem with that, oh well. And to you question how people go all in w AA early in the tournament- it's not me who pushes it first and hopes to get called. I raise, get reraised by 88, then I push all in, bcs I know that donks will call any all in here w any pair or A rag. And trust me, I will be always happy with all my money when i DOMINATE. In long run anyway I get on top.
And I see you don't get it, that I'm not *****ing. I'm showing you that everyone gets suckouts EVERYDAY. And you aren't the only ones... You can't imagine, how calm I am when I get those suckouts. With that many suckouts under my belt, people in real games can't even believe, how good I swallow them.
Once again, if you can't actually call them bad beats, let's call them nasty suckouts. I'm posting here AT LEAST one 3 outer a DAY. And no I dont play many tournaments. 3-4 a day.
Anyway, there will always will be people who will stick a needle and will find something smart to say.
This thread is for fun and to share my pain, but smart poker people will still say that 3 outers 3-4 times a day are ok, while they go kicking their dogs if they get one themselves...
I will keep posting my pics, and if you dont like them, don't come here checking them out. Simple. Thanks for comments though.

I don't think he's whining really.. I think this serves several purposes should one look at the beauty of it.. I think that if players are running bad, and they come here and check the whole thread out, it may help them cool down. And most of these, though they aren't huge, are ugly beats that no one would like to take, and at least minimally amusing to me.

That's basically the main purpose of this thread. I see all the time in forum barking at poker.com. People with their last posts and how they will leave and how RNG is rigged. And their bad beats actually are the same. They get sucked out twice in the row by 3 outer and they go nuts. And here I show how I get sucked out everyday. It happens to everyone. As you can see poeple posted that I am luckbox, bcs I have won some tournaments...LOL. If it would be based on luck ONLY, I think everyone here would have same amount of tournament wins...Correct me if I'm wrong...
I will try to make pictures a bit smaller, if possible

id never say any1 doesnt deserve to have their own thread... i disagree with the semantics.
proposition: show us graphs of buyin, win/loss ratio in tourny and number of entrants (optional). that would be more interesting since these "beats" happen to everyone and since you're not a luckbox the graphs should be stable no? unless luckbox = ratios hmmm

i really have had it. i kept track 4 a while and found that pretty much no matter what i cant go on any sustainable run here. i must lose about 80% of the time with qq.
i cant remember not getting sucked at least every 3 or big pots.
if you a 67-80% free throw shooter you will have times where you make 7 or 8 free throws in a row. IT never happens here. i can get my money in with the best hand in 4 times in a row and if i am lucky win 3 but usually it will be 2.
it seems to me your really just gambling here. combine that with the silly stakes the games are at it is just not worth it.
it cant be worse anywhere else

this site is pathetic for the outdraws, i recently in one sitting of omaha lost the following two hands:
I had KK66 vs QQQ8, bet big all the way and he kept calling, we were AI on the turn and he hit the q on river board 10,10,5,J,Q
second hand not as bad since i was behind preflop
i had jj44 vs aa65 board 4,4,A,K,A - ouch, of course we were AI after flop, that one hurt bad
and as always I have lost with AA last 4 times, best starting hand to beat me out of all 4 was jj (others were j6,kq,aj) all were bet big preflop and called.
Im not one to ***** about outdraws, but at this site in particular it seems to happen WAY moreoften, I guess there may be something to the small sites generating outdraws to increase rake since they so small, whatever! Im going back to ******* at least there they have better freechip promotions and the best rakeback you can find online at 33%.

get over it people. Bad beats are fkn part of this game. my advice, just pray that u won't get traped into it, by the game it elf or a stupid player.
You think this poker room is fked up...........lol. go check the rest. after a couple of month playing, you'll talk the same about any other poker room.
I got 6 accounts and i've been bad beaten hundreds of times and i did bad beats too (much less ofcourse). i got angry so many fk'n times and..... for what? U start playing poker again, right on the nex day or even next hour. I want fair play too, i want the best hand win at list 90%. but thats never gonna happen, the won't change anything about the software, so .....................FK' it.
P.S. u wanna know what bad beat is (cause i'am seeing many people exampling some sh!ty bad beats here at the forum ) i tell you!!!!
********* IT IS. I LOST OVER 12,000 REAL MONEY POT WITH - Ks,Kc:
i raise 3 times the blind from the BUTTON (blinds25/50) the "DONK" (as everybody say ) called me.
FLOP: Kd,7c,2s,
i raised about 70% of the flop, he reraised me and i called
TURN: Jh
I checked, he raised, i reraised ( as u see basicly no hand can beat mine in this case, no deow, no flush drow, not even set is good enaugh to beat me )
and this "donk" pushed me all in ( he got little more money than me ), so i called.
GuESS WHAT CAME ON THE REVER ANOTHER............
RIVER: 7s
HE GOT QUADS OVER MINE SET OF KINGS.
THATS A FKN BAD BEAT.
Many people would play like him prob, maybe i would play the same, i dont know.
but that is a worst bad beat can happen to u.
Sh1t happens, thats it. Get over it.

Yep, nothing to do but move on; hand is over. I never post bad beats bec they happen to all of us sooner or later. However, here's one from the FIRST hand this morning in MTT: I hit FH on turn, already had set after flop, turn brought me aces over 9's, he raised and I shoved AI and he called :beaten: I'm thinking wtf does he have - prob a set; couldn't really put him on anything better than my hand at all, zero possibility  well, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,had him big time until the fn river :(
FLOP AA7 - I was holding A9
TURN 9 (I shoved it here bec I knew he would call)
RIVER 7
aces/9's great boat :) NOT  the river gave him his 7 for quads (77 in his hand) :beaten:
No way for me to get away from that hand and why would i want to ROFL  and no way he was going to by hitting his set on the flop - just sux sometimes, oh well  First hand of the damn game :( Move on ...:P

That is nasty...
But this **** happens everywhere, on every single site. So, those people who are posting "I'm leaving PDC" will see the same stuff again on some otehr site they think will be more fair to them.
Comon people, if you would play enough REAL games, you would see that this is happening even if you deal the cards in your home game...

im confused.. first nobody in their right mind would sit at a pl cash game with an entire 12k bankroll and lose it all in one hand hu and that would require two people to do that.... wouldnt happen..
and in a tournament... thats a pretty steep buy in ... in fact i havent ever seen a buy in on ******* tourney for 12k unless it was something quite special like the ******ops but i think that only goes to 5k maybe.. infact the only time you see 12k rolling around a table is when its a table full of red names... and yes we know who the red names are.. .. but yeah sorta like the fishin story huh? i believe ya...
i want the best hand win at list 90%.
13% is the average of roi's and thats for people who play the game for a living...
this site is pathetic for the outdraws, i recently in one sitting of omaha lost the following two hands:
before going any farther.. omaha and LO8 is a game of outdraws...
i dont understand why everyone must think they need to win every game they play.. first thats not ever gonna happen... if you get donked out go back over your hand history more than likely its something you did dumb not the other guy.. there are more cards in the deck than the top five starting hands people will play them thats why it is called a game.. ok carry on...

I just shared a story for the forum here, cause i thing its very bad "bad beat" can happen. and my point was that this is happening everywhere not only at carbon poker. I read the forum and i had an impression like everybody think like this is the only ****y place to play.

These two hands happened BACK to BACK, once I closed 50000 GTD window, the next hand occured in Deepstack.
50,000 GTD. Average chips count around 8000. Right where I was standing...
All in preflop w KK vs QK. For those who are not very good with percentage-
Preflop- 91%-8%
On Flop 99%-less than 1%, actually the calculator shows 100%-0%, bcs it's rounding up.
On turn 95%-5%
Kaboom. Instead of jumping to first place, I'm getting eliminated. Thank you for playing
http://i43.tinypic.com/wu0wly.jpg
I close the window, next hand on deepstack.
Had around 10,500 in 4th place. Chip average around 4000
All in On Flop with set vs top pair.
98% vs 2%.
Kaboom
Thanks for playing and please go shoot yourself.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just sent this mail to support, but would like to post it here also if any need this info.
Hi Support
I have just read your Screenshot Guide and Just to inform you, many players play on laptops, and to do screenshots on a laptop could be diff. from the way you did it.
Player has to look for the colour of the letters PrtSc or PrtScn or print screen, if they have same colour as FN key they have to push and hold down ALT + FN and then push PrtSc, then release and the rest is the same as normal, g paint press CTRL + v and save as JPG file.

You absolutely sure you don't have it? For many years it has been included as part of the pre-installed software.
If you're running Vista, there is another way to do it: Look for file called "snipping tool" its sooooooo easy and this is what I use. You double click on it while the page is still there, there are "handles" and you move the lightly shaded handles until you have copied everything you want to show. Then it goes into its own small window where you name it and where you want to save it, etc. BUT, you still need to use photobucket or something similar to upload the pic to there, and then you copy it and paste it in your post. Sounds complicated but it really is easy. (you want to click on 'img' in photobucket to copy it and then go to post and right click for 'paste' Voila

My point, if you think you can wrap your brain around it, is that you have convicted and labeled a guy based on one hand. And then decided that if he cashed it was unjustified and he was unworthy. Try moving that huge ego of yours aside for a moment to make room for the realization that even the great, almighty, fabulously fierce, fabrab may, on occasion play a hand wrong and still end up richer for it.
If, after this, you still cannot grab the concept of my original post, just let me know and I'll dumb it down for you.

I don't think he said in his post that he never sucked out. Simply fabrab stated his opinion, that this was a very bad play with so many chips in play and in such a big and important tournament. It's not $5 buy in, where you can do anything you want...And I agree. If you are 91%-9% preflop, you just made worst move you could actually make shoving your chips in the middle...
