Just got back from a 3 week trip to Durango. They use a strange system. there is a main table and the other table is a feeder to it. If there are enough to start a 2nd game, the list is kept in order and as soon as there is a vacancy on the main table, the next person on the feeder table MUST get up and move to it or quit playing!!! this meant that we were playing with 5, a vacancy came on the main table and the next player had to move, breaking up out table. Is that not weird? Four players sitting there with no game where moments before there had been one. I didn't like it and saw no reason for it. I let my feelings be known, but tough, they couldn't give any reasoning, just, that's how it has to be.

That's how my local casino runs their games. It's not that uncommon.

yep. same here. local casinos try to keep their table 1 always running. because there are sitting mostly their good customers which are playing regular in the casino. and the casino always will try to keep the regular players happy that they can play as long as possible.

I can understand keeping regular players happy, but it still makes no sense to me to have one full game and four waining when you could have two games of 7 each., Especially when you have to end a game by transferring players from an existing game
