I don't use to hunt for comp points more than a few for a freeroll or so. That is why I wonder...

How much money do I need in my bankroll if I want to go for let's say 15 000 comp points?

That would mean I need to climb up in stakes and probably play more tables of course.

I am pretty sure I wont win everyday! However, I need something to start with...
well I have a bankroll, but I need to know if I need to make it little bigger.
(in that case I need to send a wish to Santa for an early Christmas gift. :D)

I have never kept over $100 in my account and seem to be ok.

I don't really know how to answer the question about how much you need to make 15000 points. That depends of course on if you are winning or losing money or just staying even.

Do you play the 50k free roll? How much does it cost you to make the 5000 comp points for that? It could cost you as much as 3 times that amount.

I did a little test for a friend on this site last week. She wanted to know much and how many tables she would have to play to earn 1000 comp points in a day.

To make 1000 comp points I played 4 Colosseum tables for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Hope this helps you a little.

Good Luck :)

PS: If you help start a table you make double points. That makes it quicker :)

Fritz you are a very solid player ~my roll is all over the place because I just don't get the opportunity to play uninterrupted very often. That being said I played 2 tables today ( stater tables so I got double comps) I got 5000 comps this afternoon and p1ssed around a whole bunch with the kiddos and cooking dinner. Actually made stuffing and stuffed a bird while playing ~ a first for me :D I started on both tables with 5 bucks had a rebuy on one table and think when I closed out to mash potatoes I had either 10 or 15 on the other. And on my rebuy table I had 6 or 8 bucks.

So I played all afternoon for nothing and I do know I could have done a bit better if I had paid more attention.

I really think you can safely jump in and give it a go with what you have.

Hard to really tell a person what they should have but you can get decent comps on the Colosseum tables without needing a huge wad of cash.

Thanks! this 50 k freeroll use to give me some cash.. except for the last two I have been playing. :D

Well, how much it cost and if it cost depends on how fast I want to have the points (and what swing I have)...

The question must be, play for money or for points. :D

Focus and concentration are the best.. that is why I live alone now. LMAO..
just kidding. I know what you are saying! You will have the money back
soon... when you can have focus and concentration.

I think I have the bankroll too... I was just little curious. :D

I have heard that you need at least 40 dollar for limit table $0.10/$0.50.

:) I am safe I think!

I'm trying to earn a bonus and need 15,000 comp points. It's proving quite a slog. I'm on the Colosseum tables, but if anyone knows of a quicker way of racking up comp points, please feel free to share it...

In order for me to get 15K in comps, I'd probably need to deposit 15K in cash... Yea, I know what you are thinking...

:beaten::D:win:I AM THAT GOOD!:win::D:beaten:

Naah Ded! I think you are better than that.. lol...

Rayver >> There is a faster way, climb up to La Grand Place
and you go 5 points for each hand where at least 2 players see the flop.

I was playing a little, two Colosseum and one "Sad beat La Grand-place" yesterday
and manage to get 1500...I am on my way... LMAO... Omg! what a sad day it was,
it was a beat on river day!

Well, I am playing for the future so I guess I can survive it. :P:D

Play 4 Colosseum tables at the same time for 26.25 hours and you will make 15000 points. If you are making double points it will only take half that time.

Good Luck :)
