Has anyone made a check withdrawl on this site? If you have can you please let me know how well it went? I will vent my frustrations now...
I requested $1100 on December 8th and it approved and "sending" to my current address. Awesome.
I was told by live chat it would take 2-3 weeks so I waited patiently and saw nothing. December 30th I contacted live support "CSPauline" is who helped me. She could not give me a status update on the check. She said they do not handle that and do not have access to the information. She could not even tell me what address it was sent to. She said due to the busy holidays it probably got delayed so I should see it in 2-3 weeks. WTF? She would not answer any of my questions and just kept repeating her phrases which are just programmed into certain keys "hello, how may i assist you" type stuff. Anyways, I never got hostile with her but she would not answer questions and eventually just terminated the session.
I tried live support again right after that and got her again. She asked me this time not "hello, how may i help you", but "what do you want? I told you all i know". Eventually terminating the session again.
I contacted live support AGAIN and this time got a guy. He said my check was processed the 9th and sent the 11th and should see it at the begining of next week. Nothing. More information then the last one gave me though.
Anyways,
Today I contacted live support for a status update. I got...guess who? Pauline! Anyways, told her i have been patient and would just like to know if she can actually verify where the check was sent and when i can expect it. She said at the end of this week or early next (go figure). I asked her if she can verify the address it was sent to and she said she could not but she would foward it on to another rep who would know. I asked if she could send me an e-mail so i know it is being looked at so i can get status updates when i need them she said she would not do that, but she would foward it on. I pratically begger her for a way to contact "who does know" by asking for a phone number or e-mail address to contact and she said that she would not give me anything of that nature and then terminated the session.
This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I never get "support" but only pre determined key strokes with programmed phrases. They never answer my questions and how does a company not know where they are sending their money? What is the deal? I feel like i am getting the run around and that i will never see my check that i earned. I paid money on this site and would like to see my return. Its like they are hoping i will just give up and forget about it.
Anyone else have this problem? Or someone from Carbon that can explain what the deal is? I have put in a e-mail support ticket also 2 weeks ago and the replied back saying i would have it in a week......over a week ago! Now they dont respond to my e-mails?
