Like chipchick said yeah he was playing & talking to ppl too. We were watching him as well as Jamie Gold last night. And NO ruggio didnt play from Carbon before anyone asks lol. He joined another skin. I aint sure who u mean by Caribbean coz 3 times its been won by forumers, twice by the same person.

I know it woulda been nice for it to be someone we all know coz then it would rule out a lot of suspicion. But anyway hopefully you will be in there one day:crown:

Rigged or not I am glad to see it hit and folks made some money that they never expected to win. It's like a lottery win. Going to take them a while to collect it ~ but it beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

And as for the "rigged" part of things... we play every single day & several times a week someone in the forum be it a newcomer or an old faithful discusses things being rigged. It never fails in each of the tournies and in the rings "rigged" is brought up several times ~ usually as each person loses a big hand. We still log in daily and play what we we play. It's discussed on a regular basis and although it hangs over our heads it certainly doesn't seem to be much a deterrent ~ because here we all are ~ still playing.

Friday the 13th / largest bad beat jackpot to go / scam or whatever you want to call it ~ but something that isn't looked at ~ we sat at those tables and played built it up. It couldn't have gone ~ it couldn't be a scandal if folks didn't sit. I know I sat even with everything being talked about I sat and played and continue to play because it is what it is. I can't cry fowl now that is gone ~ anyone who has sat at those tables and is now crying fowl because money didn't slide their way is being goofy. People hit and won something decent, be happy for them and hope next time it goes someone we know is fortunate enough to collect a little something.

I dont think its rigged, but its crazy that the guy started playing on the 11th and won the jackpot on 13th (well started playing tourn.) It coulda hit on anyone--nothing really rigged about it. He started off -127 and now has over 400k! Pretty good stuff. I think he'll keep on playing, but prolly just cash games. Sux for ppl that have playing those tbls for a long time, but if u wanna guarantee a win-just play every jackpot tbl 24/7!

I googled and found a small article on him being signed ~ so I am a believer. Watched him play a few nights ago & he wasn't anything like I expected. He didn't speak a whole bunch, when he did he was pleasant & didn't remind me of a smartie teenager, like he does on tv. Maybe all this time I have caught the not so pleasant side of him on television.

My son and I were talking about this the other night while watching him...

We wondered too if it really was him or if they allowed folks on the payroll to play under his name & if he used his personal cash to play on his account or if a bankroll is part of the signing bonus. I would think the bankroll surely has to be provided only because who goes to their job and does something for their employer using their funds to build their employer's business.

If that's the case I am cool with it ~ just always something we have been curious about when we watch a pro play.
