I have uploaded my documents to verify my identification. It has been about a week, and it still has not been processed.
Can anyone tell me how long this process took for them?

Liam, I have I question. Actually, two.
Question # 1. I am ID verified, but I will be moving to Nevada. I will have to turn in my Florida driver's license to Nevada to get a Nevada license. PDC already has a scan of my FL license; how can I change all my ID verifying info when I get my Nevada license.
question # 2. My boyfriend is (only) a member of Carbon and not of PDC. He is not ID verified, as they have never asked him to send in scans of his paperwork. How can he get them to ask him so they know he is the one at our address and will be the same guy when he trades in his Florida license to Nevada?

To get an official answer you should send an email to support. From what I have just looked at, I think if you go into your Player's Admin page, down the left side there is a link to "Account Verification". If you follow the instructions on that page like you did the first time, copy your new Driver's license and mark the form as an Address Change Only that should probably work. As for your boyfriend, he should just follow that same link in his Carbon account Player Admin page and get himself ID verified. I think that you might want to make sure your address change has gone through on your bank account/credit card accounts before you send in your change of address so that everything matches up.

player verification is a joke. i was asked to do it when i made my last withdraw.... so i did it . then they emailed me telling me that my scan of my id was not clear enough so i resent it after a week with no reply i emailed them asking why my withdraw was not cleared . once again they told me i have to do a player verification. i again sent in my Id even after i told them that i have already did it . when i emailed support asking if they received it they asked my why i doing a player verification that it was not needed as i have never deposited with my credit card ( they also insisted that i send in a scan of front and back of my credit card ) which i told them in every email that i would not as i have never used my credit card on their site. so i still dont know if i am verified or not on this site
to me it looks and always did look like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing on this site

Oh, GREAT idea about the bank thing! I didn't even think of that! Thanks very much.

Really you should stop posting this, because support on this site is an absolute joke
They not only fail to address the issue, they fail to read the ticket and acquaint themselves with the whole story before answering. So if a player feels the need to vent in the forum about totally incompetent support, maybe some good will come of it if Liam or any others take notice and actually make them do the job they're paid to.
Yes I have just talked to support and after 7 emails finally got my point addressed. Not that it would have taken a diseased monkey with syphillis that long but support is either pretty stupid ot they have a care in the community programme which deserves a Nobel prize

You are obviously upset about the level of support you received but where else do you suggest I send people for an official answer to questions like the one I was addressing in my reply? Since this is not a support forum and if they get advice from someone in here that is wrong, then who is responsible. The only place PDC/Carbon poker has for people to go to get an official answer is support. Go ahead and vent away about the level of support but, as the saying goes, "you don't have to shoot the messenger" especially when I have given the only possible official answer to a question.:beaten:

Yes, you're right. When you get 4 different CS giving totally different solutions to the problem without checking to see what action or request the previous CS made, it gets extremely frustrating
Maybe we could just have a section of the forum to give our views of support in extremely colourful language, which self deletes after 10 minutes
