Got email from carbon few weeks back with this QuickTender account for depositing and withdrawing funds. Has any one every used this as a way of removing funds?

iirc you can only open account by invitation. I've tried it and successfully created and account. Unfortunately the majority of cc's issued to Americans are for domestic use and will be denied by this organization.
