NO CHECK GOT MAD! NO ACCOUNT!!??

I requested a check almost 2 months ago, so I go to the live chat at your great site at Carbon poker and ask "Where the F is my money? she say's dont swear i say ok pay me. YADA YADA she says it is comming blaa and I end the chat with this f-ing site sucks the next day I cant get in to my account. They say I need to verify my account. Sent my Photo ID and credit card! BS! I got my credit card stolen from this site a year and a half ago and it ended up in INDIA!
NOW i have played here a long time there has to be a better way yo resolve this!

This is not a support forum so don't expect any action because of your post. It is the standard policy to have your account photo ID verified before you can make any form of a withdrawal, you can't expect to get your money until you do. I must say that your approach usually doesn't work very well, swearing at customer service representatives and here in the forum isn't going to get you very far. You really should have listened to that chat representative. Remember the old saying, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinigar.;)

so when they told me my money was in the mail it is ok that it wasnt! then when I went back 2 weeks later and they told me the same thing i was like you said that last time. ok I am waiting:) Next chat visit a week and a half later is when I started getting ****y! now it would be different if I would have been told to verify my account in the beginning but nope my check was in the mail.:)

you gotta realize sir, that 1st level support doesn't always have all the details for everything going on. It's your job to be on top of the ball with your verification, then you wouldn't be waiting so long.

Semi-grunch, how long is it taking anyone else to get their checks here, obviously after you've done the whole proving your identity thing? It usually took no more than 7-10 days for me to get checks but the last two were approved over a month ago and as a Wind VIP I'm getting pretty frustrated over here. Also, has anyone in the US had a Carbon check bounce ever?

I'm waitin on a check from a month ago aswell, I've been told they're just backed up at the moment and they're not having the problem ur referring to that all the big sites had recently. so idk just keep checkin ur mailbox :( i hope they get here nxt week, or b4 i move in july... lol

While your frustration is understandable, your abuse of CS is unwarranted. They don't approve your requests, they don't cut the checks, they don't sign them, and hell, they don't even mail them.
