Antoine Saout has the button. Phil Ivey has first action and moves all in, setting a half-eaten apple down on a side table after he does so. Action passes all the way around to big blind Darvin Moon, who calls without much fanfare and flips over . Ivey has to the delight of the crowd. He's a big favorite to double up!

"I have a bad feeling about this," said blogging partner gsqwared on my right.

Ivey seems totally unmoved by everything going on. He's chewing on an apple as the theater absolutely erupts into chants of "Ivey! Ivey! Ivey!". Seriously. It's 1,200 people chanting for Ivey right now. If Moon has any supporters, we can't find them.

Ivey's fans are shattered by a flop of . Moon makes a pair of queens to take the lead. The look on Ivey's face doesn't change one bit. He just takes another bite of his apple. The crowd is pleading for a king, but the turn is the . Darvin Moon is about to become the most hated man in poker.

Ivey is down to one last chance at a three-outer. The river peels off to eliminate Phil Ivey in 7th place. The whole table (except for Darvin Moon, we note) stands up and applauds Ivey, shaking his hand before he exits the stage with one last wave to the crowd.

Moon is up to 39.3 million in chips. Ivey is off to collect less money than he loses in a single throw of the ****s dice.

Antoine Saout has the button. Steve Begleiter is the first to act. He once again opens to 1.6 million. Action passes to Darvin Moon in the big blind. He waves a hand over his chips and says, "All in." Begleiter calls in a shot and jumps out of his chair!

Moon:
Begleiter:

Begleiter is the player at risk of elimination with 23.25 million chips in the middle. Moon has ace-queen again. It worked for him against Phil Ivey. Can he find another three-outer against Begleiter?

"Let's see the flop," says TD Jack Effel.

It's a safe flop for Begleiter, . Begleiter has the only spade, so Moon is going to need to catch an ace or running straight cards for a chop. The turn is no help to anybody, . Moon is down to one last river card. He needs an ace or Begleiter will double.

Oh dear. That on the river is NOT a good card for Begleiter.

It is pandemonium - again -- in the Penn & Teller Theater. The ace on the river gives Moon the best hand, sending a stunned Begleiter crashing to the rail. Darvin Moon isn't moving, showing absolutely absolutely no reaction to the dramatic elimination of Begleiter.

For those keeping track at home, there is no interchange between Begleiter and Moon as Begleiter makes his exit. He shakes hands with everyone at the table except Moon. To be fair, Begleiter doesn't seek Moon out -- but Moon doesn't offer Begleiter a hand either.

Moon reclaims the chip lead with 63.9 million.

Eric Buchman has the button. Jeff Shulman is under the gun and comes into the pot with a raise to 1.75 million. Action passes to the small blind, Joe Cada, who moves all in for 10.8 million. Shulman calls inside of ten seconds, and with good reason -- he has JJ . Cada turns over 33 . He has the worst hand and is the one at risk of elimination.

Wow. Run good one time, Joe Cada. It's a trey in the window.

Yeah damn shame bout ivey...Seems like the underdog won 90% of all ins..Joe Cada and Moon both unbelievably lucky with 2 n 3 outters continously but hey maybe thatll show some clarity to the many online players that feel they've been cheated by their crazy beats..

Still gotta bandwagon moon though since of course he won the seat at the local casino i play at, although cada clearly the favorite

Of the first 70 hands dealt, only 4 saw all streets. Upon airing, 90% of that will be edited out. And the hundreds of thousands of ppl that watch the show, many will assume that player xx playing J2o in lp and winning is standard play. They will not see that the same player folded the same hand a dozen times previous. You can draw your own conclusions on the impact of like broadcasts on your next online table.

You can watch it all online if u want...but why would they show 14 hrs on TV....it would just get boring...

Yea a lot of ppl prolly think its standard to go crazy wit a lot of hands lol....but o well. I wish a little bit more hands were shown on TV. They sometimes come off of comercials and announce " so and so' has been knocked out.....lol

Should be thanking espn and such tv promos for their brilliance of showing only certain hands of poker...Attracts much more fish swimming in dangerous waters all across the online universe for people looking to take a shot at becoming the next millionaire...

I watched it yesterday and thought it was pretty good. I thought it went pretty fast from like 5 to 2 players.....but im glad the heads up was extended for another 30 min......Thats because it was fast. In real time I think there were only about 15 hands dealt from 5 down to 2. It was about 4Oclock in the morning to I could be mistaken, I was tired, but it went real quick.

Nice heads up coverage for the most part this year. They left out a few hands that would have completed the story, but still good. I think they cut about 20 hands after the AA double up by Cada. Darvin regained a slight chip lead and then Cada took it all back./

CADA is a P1mp, he ran like a god.

Thanks ESPN. Although, a J2o from a Frenchman isn't all that odd. Standard IMO. ;)
