After ur first check is approved the next withdraw is usually approved within a couple of days(Tues and Thurs) I think....

But you cant really do anything about it...

Mine took exactly four weeks. My bank in California accepted the check drawn on a Canadian bank with no problems. The $15.00 is the check fee the site charges; no big deal, but wire transfers would be nice :wave:

Its always funny though, in movies dopedealers can always transfer instant cash to one another from cellphones, but the rest of us it takes a computr 14 days to transfer it ;)

The check is drawn from a Canadian bank, but it does not mention the word poker or anything else even close to that in the check name. No worries I don't think, had no trouble with my bank. If you don't have a bank acct, you're probably going to have to open one :confused:

I, too, live in Missouri............your bank will cash it........it's just a check from an establishment from another bank..........normal transaction......nothing on the check says "won from the poker tables at Blah blah casino" so don't sweat it.

only law regarding internet gambling in Missouri is you can't cross State lines doing it....i.e. you can't play online to any casino or site that is established in the USA.........you can however partake of anything that is based outside the USA..........

I really think i am being scammed by carbon...I cashed out a check over 9 weeks ago and was expecting my check to arrive a week or two before christmas. Ever since then i would complain to live chat and they always told me the same thing that this message will be fowarded to the relative department and they would contact me via email. Not only did they not reply most of the time but when they did reply they would just tell me some BS! Ever since it has been january they have been telling me that other people have been having the same problem and they all started receiving their checks and i should expect mine any day but guess what JANUARY is almost over. I really think they are waiting for the check to EXPIRE and then send it to me, because i know the checks expire after a couple of months. I complained so many times that i started to ask for free coupons and they said NO of course but then they said we will send your checks out for free because it has taken so long, but i already get free check withdrawls so thanks for the major hook ups carbon. This site is a joke and i would recommend to anyone considering going here to go somewhere else! Go somewhere that if you have a problem they will actually fix it, unlike this site. I Just had some guy at my table really being rude and saying he is going to kill people and their family and i told the live support, they told me to send them the hand history and i did. I later received an email saying that this player will have his chat muted and he wont be able to talk. Guess what i played with that same guy a couple days later and he still was going on and on talking **** and telling people they are going to die.

The mute could have been on for 24 hours ... and not forever.

I can understand your frustration about the check, especially if you are in
need of the money, but other have recieved their checks, so why would you
be an exception?

A glimpse through this forum and discussion at the tables lets any player know delays are to be expected. This information is readily available to all who play. I really do not see how you can blame the site for "complications" that they had no part in.

I wish you the best. I hope the check arrives timely and you are able to avoid eviction. More importantly I hope you never get yourself in this same situation again where an unsure check's arrival determines if you keep a roof over your head.
