Checks Never Received

Has anyone else waited over 2months to receive a check and then not getting anything? I don't know if CarbonPoker is trying to scam me or not but I've made two withdrawals one for 600 and the other for 1400 but I haven't received anything yet and its been over 2 months. The people at legal@carbonpoker.com and support@carbonpoker.com isn't replying to my emails and the online CS chat doesn't help at all because they lie about some things. For ex. this guy name CS Allan said they only way to get help was to email "support@carbonpoker.com" and that was the ONLY email possible, but I found out there are other emails at which you may try to contact people and get help. Does anyone else have this issue?

My first check took a long time too...about 6 or 7 weeks. I thought I got scammed but then received the money. And ever since the checks have been taking 4 weeks(which isnt a big problem for me).

But support does get annoying when u dont get any help. Just be patient and be sure that ur not getting scammed....
