Withdraw via cheque...what's going on?

I've been playing at Poker.com going on 5 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I used to make withdrawals via netteller but they stopped servicing Canadians so I made the switch to the cheque option.
Things were great for a couple of years where I only had to wait 2 weeks max. to receive my cheque in the mail after approval. This past 6 or 7 months though things have really slowed down and I'm getting a little concerned.
As of today (Feb. 5th) I am still waiting for a cheque that was approved on Dec. 10th. I've contacted CS several times regarding this matter and they keep giving me the same story..."we switched over our system so it might take longer, please give it another few days..." Well this is the same story they gave almost a year ago when things started to slow down.
I made 2 more withdrawals that were approved in early Jan. and haven't seen them yet either so now I have 3 cheques "in the mail". Is it just me or is this rediculous? It's not like they haven't taken their money to send me the cheque. I mean I could have written a cheque and mailed it around the world and back several times now in the time it takes to get one from Carbon.
I've heard rumblings recently from new players that Carbon doesn't pay out and that perhaps they are going under. I'm sure it isn't true but the longer I wait the more I wonder.
I don't mean to rant but speaking with customer service is getting me nowhere and I wanted to come here to see if this sort of thing is happening to anyone else here?

Well no sooner do I go on a rant and I get a cheque in the mail...lol. It's just like when a player at the poker table starts whining about his bad cards and right away gets dealt pocket aces.
The cheque I received today is for a total of the three withdrawals I made dating back to Dec. 10th so there was obviously a problem with the system that is hopefully straightened out now.
Even though this has been somewhat of an inconvenience, and had me questioning my confidence in the site I should give PDC props for straightening the situation out for me in the end. Like I said, I've enjoyed this site for a long time now and have always received withdrawals in a timely fashion until recently. Hopefully they have ironed out the bugs and can attract more players now and in the future by looking after us, the customers in a positive and timely manner.

Thank you for posting your happy ending. Too many times we see the complaint, but never the resolution. I'm glad you received all your money, even if it took longer than expected!
